During an Ask Me Anything session on social media platform X on Saturday, K Kavitha, the leader of Bharat Rashtra Samithi and the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, took aim at the Congress and their party.
The MLC criticized the Gandhi family’s assertion that they have ties to Telangana and cited historical “betrayals” by Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi.

However, Kavitha criticized the “inconsistency” of the BJP about the problems of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs).
“The BJP at the Centre refuses to carry out an OBC caste census throughout India,” she stated. The BJP opposes granting OBC women reservations. The BC welfare ministry at the center is not formed by the BJP. The BJP is against granting a 33% OBC quota in legislatures and assemblies. The same BJP is now claiming that they will appoint a BC member as a Chief Minister, which is, in my opinion, just another election ploy.

In response to claims that she and Kavitha are the BJP’s B team, Kavitha said emphatically, “There is no arrangement! We are rivals in politics. “Team Telangana is who we are!” She also expressed her condolences to former chief minister and senior leader Chandrababu Naidu during his detention.
“I’d rather be a queen than a pawn in the political games,” Kavitha said in defiance in response to accusations in the Delhi liquor case. Go for it! ” She also criticized the BJP and the Congress, highlighting the BRS Party’s support for the women’s reservation law. The Congress did nothing except watch as she accused the BJP of using a “post-dated check” to trick women.
In the course of the session, Kavitha disclosed her preferences for politicians, like Mamta Banerjee, and actors, including Allu Arjun, while being a devoted follower of Chiranjeevi. Her response to the question of why the Opposition targets her on a regular basis was, “I am too strong for them.”
